ELIN ELECTRONICS share price has zoomed 6% and is presently trading at Rs 197.9.

Meanwhile, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index is at 59,492.1 (up 0.8%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index today are AMBER ENTERPRISES INDIA (up 2.7%) and Bajaj Electricals (up 2.3%).

WHIRLPOOL OF INDIA (down 3.0%) and Blue Star (down 1.3%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, ELIN ELECTRONICS has moved up from Rs 149.2 to Rs 197.9, registering a gain of Rs 48.8 (up 32.7%).

On the other hand, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index has moved up from 42,128.0 to 59,492.1, registering a gain of 41.2% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index stocks during this same period were DIXON TECHNOLOGIES (up 169.0%), Blue Star (up 111.4%) and Voltas (up 97.4%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 80,096.8 (down 0.4%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Bajaj Finance (down 2.2%) and Axis Bank (down 2.1%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and ITC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,400.9 (down 0.3%). Axis Bank and Bajaj Finance are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,384.8 to 80,096.8, registering a gain of 13,712.0 points (up 20.7%).

ELIN ELECTRONICS Financial Update...

ELIN ELECTRONICS net profit grew 121.1% YoY to Rs 35 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 16 million a year ago. Net sales rose 3.4% to Rs 2,778 million during the period as against Rs 2,687 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, ELIN ELECTRONICS reported 31.6% decrease in net profit to Rs 268 million compared to net profit of Rs 392 million during FY22. Revenue of the company fell 1.7% to Rs 10,754 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of ELIN ELECTRONICS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 70.8.
