EMS LTD. share price has zoomed 6% and is presently trading at Rs 809.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index is at 71,689.0 (up 0.7%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index today are SCHAEFFLER INDIA (up 4.9%) and TIMKEN INDIA (up 3.0%).

Thermax (down 1.2%) and Siemens (down 0.3%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, EMS LTD. has moved up from Rs 0.0 to Rs 809.0, registering a gain of Rs 809.0 .

On the other hand, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index has moved up from 42,734.2 to 71,689.0, registering a gain of 67.8% during the last 12 months.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,441.4 (down 0.2%). Tata Consumer Products and Bajaj Finance are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,384.8 to 80,207.9, registering a gain of 13,823.1 points (up 20.8%).

EMS LTD. net profit fell {profitpercent} YoY to Rs 474 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs {profitnumberprev} million a year ago. Net sales declined {salespercent} to Rs 2,453 million during the period as against Rs {salesnumberprev} million in {quarterprev}.

For the year ended March 2023, EMS LTD. reported 38.0% increase in net profit to Rs 1,089 million compared to net profit of Rs 789 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 49.5% to Rs 5,382 million during FY23.
