GODREJ AGROVET share price has plunged 3% and is presently trading at Rs 837.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE FMCG index is at 21,939.1 .

Among the top losers in the BSE FMCG index today are Godfrey Phillips (down 1.8%) and Shree Renuka Sugars (down 1.0%).

Tata Coffee (up 3.6%) and HATSUN AGRO PRODUCTS (up 2.7%) are among the top gainers today.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,527.9 (down 0.4%). Bajaj Auto and Asian Paints are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,589.9 to 80,490.0, registering a gain of 13,900.1 points (up 20.9%).

GODREJ AGROVET Financial Update...

GODREJ AGROVET net profit grew 309.3% YoY to Rs 552 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 135 million a year ago. Net sales rose 1.9% to Rs 21,343 million during the period as against Rs 20,950 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, GODREJ AGROVET reported 21.7% increase in net profit to Rs 3,595 million compared to net profit of Rs 2,954 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 2.0% to Rs 95,606 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of GODREJ AGROVET , based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 52.3.
