SUNTECK REALTY Gains 7%; BSE REALTY Index Up 1.9%

SUNTECK REALTY share price has zoomed 7% and is presently trading at Rs 652.8.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,818.3 (up 1.9%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are Brigade Enterprises (up 4.2%) and PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 3.8%).

Over the last one year, SUNTECK REALTY has moved up from Rs 330.1 to Rs 652.8, registering a gain of Rs 322.7 (up 97.8%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,228.0 to 8,818.3, registering a gain of 108.6% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 251.1%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 211.0%) and Phoenix Mill (up 157.7%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 80,866.9 (up 0.3%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Bharti Airtel (up 1.9%) and Tata Steel (up 1.7%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and NTPC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,648.0 (up 0.3%). Coal India and BPCL are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,393.9 to 80,866.9, registering a gain of 15,473.0 points (up 23.7%).

SUNTECK REALTY Financial Update...

SUNTECK REALTY net profit grew 487.3% YoY to Rs 1,016 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 262 million a year ago. Net sales rose 773.4% to Rs 4,269 million during the period as against Rs 489 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, SUNTECK REALTY reported 94.4% decrease in net profit to Rs 14 million compared to net profit of Rs 251 million during FY22. Revenue of the company fell 29.4% to Rs 3,624 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of SUNTECK REALTY, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 135.0.
