The top gainers among the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index stocks during this same period were BHEL (up 260.0%), HINDUSTAN AERO. (up 194.1%) and Bharat Electronics (up 175.2%).

The BSE Sensex is at 80,223.3 (down 0.2%).
The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are M&M (down 4.3%) and Kotak Bank (down 0.8%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and ITC.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,411.8 (down 0.1%). M&M and TATA STEEL 2% CCPS are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,344.2 to 80,223.3, registering a gain of 14,879.1 points (up 22.8%).
CG Power & Industrial net profit fell 10.1% YoY to Rs 2,338 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 2,600 million a year ago. Net sales rose 15.2% to Rs 21,917 million during the period as against Rs 19,028 million in January-March 2023.
For the year ended March 2024, CG Power & Industrial reported 9.4% increase in net profit to Rs 8,711 million compared to net profit of Rs 7,963 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 15.4% to Rs 80,460 million during FY24.
The current Price to earnings ratio of CG Power & Industrial, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 129.3.
