NILE. share price has zoomed 14% and is presently trading at Rs 2,125.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE METAL index is at 33,706.9 (down 0.1%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE METAL index today are Hindustan Zinc (up 2.4%) and Hindalco (up 1.0%).

JSW Steel (down 0.6%) and Coal India (down 0.5%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, NILE. has moved up from Rs 766.6 to Rs 2,125.0, registering a gain of Rs 1,358.4 (up 177.2%).

On the other hand, the BSE METAL index has moved up from 20,788.6 to 33,706.9, registering a gain of 62.1% during the last 12 months.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,479.1 to 79,855.2, registering a gain of 14,376.1 points (up 22.0%).

NILE. Financial Update...

NILE. net profit fell 29.0% YoY to Rs 61 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 85 million a year ago. Net sales declined 19.8% to Rs 1,741 million during the period as against Rs 2,171 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, NILE. reported 5.4% decrease in net profit to Rs 226 million compared to net profit of Rs 238 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 14.8% to Rs 8,063 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of NILE., based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 20.5.
