Noida Toll Bridge share price has plunged 3% and is presently trading at Rs 12.9.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,697.7 (up 0.2%).

Among the top losers in the BSE REALTY index today are Sobha (down 1.8%) and SUNTECK REALTY (down 1.3%).

Phoenix Mill (up 2.5%) and Godrej Properties (up 0.4%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, Noida Toll Bridge has moved up from Rs 6.7 to Rs 12.9, registering a gain of Rs 6.1 (up 91.2%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,196.4 to 8,697.7, registering a gain of 107.3% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 271.1%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 220.1%) and INDIABULLS REAL EST (up 151.6%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 79,884.9 (up 0.6%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are HDFC Bank (up 3.1%) and Axis Bank (up 1.8%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and HDFC Bank.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,261.5 (up 0.6%). HDFC Bank and Tata Consumer Products are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,205.1 to 79,884.9, registering a gain of 14,679.9 points (up 22.5%).

Noida Toll Bridge Financial Update...

Noida Toll Bridge net profit grew 46.8% YoY to Rs -54 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 101 million a year ago. Net sales rose 119.9% to Rs 100 million during the period as against Rs 45 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, Noida Toll Bridge reported 14.6% increase in net profit to Rs -351 million compared to net loss of Rs 411 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 47.0% to Rs 237 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of Noida Toll Bridge, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -7.6.
