BHARAT ROAD NETWORK share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 51.9.

Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index is at 73,320.9 (up 0.4%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index today are TIMKEN INDIA (up 3.6%) and Carborundum Universal (up 2.4%).

L&T (down 0.4%) and Thermax (down 0.3%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, BHARAT ROAD NETWORK has moved up from Rs 31.2 to Rs 51.9, registering a gain of Rs 20.7 (up 66.1%).

On the other hand, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index has moved up from 40,540.3 to 73,320.9, registering a gain of 80.9% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index stocks during this same period were BHEL (up 241.0%), HINDUSTAN AERO. (up 184.9%) and Bharat Electronics (up 150.2%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 79,888.5 (up 0.6%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are HDFC Bank (up 3.2%) and Axis Bank (up 2.0%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and HDFC Bank.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,265.5 (up 0.6%). HDFC Bank and Tata Consumer Products are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,205.1 to 79,888.5, registering a gain of 14,683.5 points (up 22.5%).

BHARAT ROAD NETWORK Financial Update...

BHARAT ROAD NETWORK net profit grew 57.0% YoY to Rs -297 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 689 million a year ago. Net sales declined 1.6% to Rs 927 million during the period as against Rs 942 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, BHARAT ROAD NETWORK reported 47.2% increase in net profit to Rs -2,052 million compared to net loss of Rs 3,887 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 50.8% to Rs 3,263 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of BHARAT ROAD NETWORK, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -3.8.
