Jaiprakash Asso. share price has plunged 3% and is presently trading at Rs 9.3.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,679.2 .

Among the top losers in the BSE REALTY index today are Sobha (down 1.7%) and Godrej Properties (down 0.8%).

Phoenix Mill (up 1.7%) and INDIABULLS REAL EST (up 1.2%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, Jaiprakash Asso. has moved up from Rs 8.0 to Rs 9.3, registering a gain of Rs 1.3 (up 16.0%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,196.4 to 8,679.2, registering a gain of 106.8% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 271.6%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 220.2%) and INDIABULLS REAL EST (up 154.4%).

The BSE Sensex is at 80,039.7 (up 0.8%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are HDFC Bank (up 2.9%) and ICICI Bank (up 1.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are HDFC Bank and SBI.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,273.2 (up 0.6%). HDFC Bank and Axis Bank are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,205.1 to 80,039.7, registering a gain of 14,834.7 points (up 22.8%).

Jaiprakash Asso. Financial Update...

Jaiprakash Asso. net profit fell 130.6% YoY to Rs -3,591 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 1,557 million a year ago. Net sales declined 8.7% to Rs 17,409 million during the period as against Rs 19,077 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, Jaiprakash Asso. reported 22.7% increase in net profit to Rs -8,244 million compared to net loss of Rs 10,664 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 26.3% to Rs 72,631 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of Jaiprakash Asso., based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -1.9.
