AARTI DRUGS share price has zoomed 3% and is presently trading at Rs 543.3.

Meanwhile, the BSE HEALTHCARE index is at 37,109.9 (down 0.4%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE HEALTHCARE index today are ALEMBIC PHARMA (up 5.5%) and GSK Pharma (up 2.4%).

MAX HEALTHCARE INSTITUTE (down 4.2%) and SUN PHARMA ADV. RES. (down 2.8%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, AARTI DRUGS has moved up from Rs 460.4 to Rs 543.3, registering a gain of Rs 82.9 (up 18.0%).

On the other hand, the BSE HEALTHCARE index has moved up from 25,634.3 to 37,109.9, registering a gain of 44.8% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE HEALTHCARE index stocks during this same period were GSK Pharma (up 85.5%), Glenmark Pharma (up 83.8%) and Jubilant Pharmova (up 83.2%).

The BSE Sensex is at 79,412.8 (down 0.1%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Kotak Bank (down 3.5%) and Indusind Bank (down 2.2%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and SBI.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,104.5 (down 0.2%). Kotak Bank and Shriram Transport are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 63,915.4 to 79,412.8, registering a gain of 15,497.4 points (up 24.2%).

AARTI DRUGS Financial Update...

AARTI DRUGS net profit fell 15.8% YoY to Rs 473 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 562 million a year ago. Net sales declined 16.5% to Rs 6,200 million during the period as against Rs 7,424 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, AARTI DRUGS reported 18.8% decrease in net profit to Rs 1,664 million compared to net profit of Rs 2,050 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 9.1% to Rs 27,161 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of AARTI DRUGS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 29.1.
