UDAYSHIVAKUMAR INFRA Gains 9%; BSE REALTY Index Down 0.2%

UDAYSHIVAKUMAR INFRA share price has zoomed 9% and is presently trading at Rs 63.1.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,544.4 (down 0.2%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are SUNTECK REALTY (up 5.6%) and MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (up 2.4%).

Brigade Enterprises (down 3.1%) and OBEROI REALTY (down 0.9%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, UDAYSHIVAKUMAR INFRA has moved up from Rs 32.8 to Rs 63.1, registering a gain of Rs 30.4 (up 92.6%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,047.8 to 8,544.4, registering a gain of 111.1% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 283.7%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 230.5%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 139.8%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 76,916.0 (up 0.6%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Power Grid Corp. (up 2.0%) and Bajaj Finance (up 1.8%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,418.9 (up 0.7%). Coal India and Power Grid Corp. are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 62,724.7 to 76,916.0, registering a gain of 14,191.3 points (up 22.6%).

UDAYSHIVAKUMAR INFRA Financial Update...

UDAYSHIVAKUMAR INFRA net profit grew 197.1% YoY to Rs 139 million for the quarter ended March 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 47 million a year ago. Net sales rose 31.3% to Rs 1,594 million during the period as against Rs 1,214 million in January-March 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, UDAYSHIVAKUMAR INFRA reported 29.7% increase in net profit to Rs 160 million compared to net profit of Rs 124 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 54.6% to Rs 2,869 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of UDAYSHIVAKUMAR INFRA, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 11.6.
