AEROFLEX INDUSTRIES share price has zoomed 6% and is presently trading at Rs 225.7.

Meanwhile, the BSE METAL index is at 30,516.9 (down 0.1%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE METAL index today are Coal India (up 0.4%) and Vedanta (up 0.2%).

APOLLO TUBES (down 1.3%) and Jindal Steel (down 0.8%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, AEROFLEX INDUSTRIES has moved up from Rs 159.7 to Rs 225.7, registering a gain of Rs 66.1 (up 41.4%).

On the other hand, the BSE METAL index has moved up from 24,068.4 to 30,516.9, registering a gain of 26.8% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE METAL index stocks during this same period were Vedanta (up 93.9%), Hindustan Zinc (up 67.4%) and Jindal Steel (up 34.5%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 79,370.5 (down 0.5%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Bajaj Finance (down 1.1%) and Reliance Ind. (down 1.1%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,034.6 (down 0.4%). ONGC and HDFC LIFE INSURANCE are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,174.2 to 79,370.5, registering a gain of 13,196.3 points (up 19.9%).

AEROFLEX INDUSTRIES Financial Update...

AEROFLEX INDUSTRIES net profit grew 18.0% YoY to Rs 137 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 116 million a year ago. Net sales rose 13.0% to Rs 950 million during the period as against Rs 841 million in July-September 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, AEROFLEX INDUSTRIES reported 38.4% increase in net profit to Rs 417 million compared to net profit of Rs 302 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 18.0% to Rs 3,179 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of AEROFLEX INDUSTRIES, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 64.7.
