MAN INFRACONSTRUCTION share price has zoomed 4% and is presently trading at Rs 217.8.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 7,964.1 (down 0.5%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are SUNTECK REALTY (up 0.6%) and Phoenix Mill (up 0.1%).

Godrej Properties (down 1.6%) and OBEROI REALTY (down 1.5%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, MAN INFRACONSTRUCTION has moved up from Rs 192.8 to Rs 217.8, registering a gain of Rs 25.0 (up 12.9%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 5,597.5 to 7,964.1, registering a gain of 42.3% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are NTPC (up 0.9%) and MUNDRA PORT & SEZ (up 0.8%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,975.7 (up 0.3%). Dr. Reddys and HDFC LIFE INSURANCE are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,174.2 to 79,170.3, registering a gain of 12,996.1 points (up 19.6%).

MAN INFRACONSTRUCTION Financial Update...

MAN INFRACONSTRUCTION net profit fell 44.9% YoY to Rs 364 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 660 million a year ago. Net sales rose 7.0% to Rs 2,303 million during the period as against Rs 2,153 million in July-September 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, MAN INFRACONSTRUCTION reported 5.0% increase in net profit to Rs 3,033 million compared to net profit of Rs 2,890 million during FY23. Revenue of the company fell 33.2% to Rs 12,635 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of MAN INFRACONSTRUCTION, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 33.0.
