BEML LAND ASSETS share price has zoomed 7% and is presently trading at Rs 247.4.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,084.3 (up 0.7%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are Phoenix Mill (up 1.9%) and Godrej Properties (up 1.7%).

Brigade Enterprises (down 2.7%) and PRESTIGE ESTATES (down 1.8%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, BEML LAND ASSETS has moved up from Rs 157.8 to Rs 247.4, registering a gain of Rs 89.6 (up 56.8%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 5,597.5 to 8,084.3, registering a gain of 44.4% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 86.0%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 74.7%) and Godrej Properties (up 60.4%).

The BSE Sensex is at 80,121.0 (up 0.1%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are M&M (up 1.6%) and Infosys (up 0.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and NTPC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,204.8 . Coal India and Adani Enterprises are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,174.2 to 80,121.0, registering a gain of 13,946.8 points (up 21.1%).

BEML LAND ASSETS Financial Update...

BEML LAND ASSETS net profit fell 35.9% YoY to Rs -8 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 6 million a year ago. Net sales declined 100.0% to Rs 0 million during the period as against Rs 0 million in July-September 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, BEML LAND ASSETS reported 493.0% decrease in net profit to Rs -37 million compared to net loss of Rs 6 million during FY23. Revenue of the company fell 100.0% to Rs 0 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of BEML LAND ASSETS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -250.3.
