MAN INFRACONSTRUCTION share price has zoomed 7% and is presently trading at Rs 194.9.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,055.5 (up 2.6%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (up 4.7%) and PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 4.5%).

Sobha (down 1.9%) is among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, MAN INFRACONSTRUCTION has moved up from Rs 152.7 to Rs 194.9, registering a gain of Rs 42.2 (up 27.6%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 5,535.1 to 8,055.5, registering a gain of 45.5% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 88.7%), Sobha (up 87.1%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 61.0%).

The BSE Sensex is at 79,954.4 (up 1.1%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are L&T (up 3.9%) and SBI (up 3.6%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Power Grid Corp. and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,201.3 (up 1.2%). ONGC and Bharat Electronics are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,930.8 to 79,954.4, registering a gain of 14,023.7 points (up 21.3%).

MAN INFRACONSTRUCTION Financial Update...

MAN INFRACONSTRUCTION net profit fell 44.9% YoY to Rs 364 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 660 million a year ago. Net sales rose 7.0% to Rs 2,303 million during the period as against Rs 2,153 million in July-September 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, MAN INFRACONSTRUCTION reported 5.0% increase in net profit to Rs 3,033 million compared to net profit of Rs 2,890 million during FY23. Revenue of the company fell 33.2% to Rs 12,635 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of MAN INFRACONSTRUCTION, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 29.5.
