BIGBLOC CONSTRUCTION share price has zoomed 4% and is presently trading at Rs 108.1.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,053.4 (up 2.5%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (up 4.4%) and PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 3.9%).

Sobha (down 1.1%) is among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, BIGBLOC CONSTRUCTION has moved up from Rs 76.7 to Rs 108.1, registering a gain of Rs 31.3 (up 40.8%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 5,535.1 to 8,053.4, registering a gain of 45.5% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 88.8%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 87.6%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 61.7%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 79,914.7 (up 1.0%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are L&T (up 4.1%) and SBI (up 3.6%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Power Grid Corp. and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,180.2 (up 1.1%). ONGC and Bharat Electronics are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,930.8 to 79,914.7, registering a gain of 13,984.0 points (up 21.2%).

BIGBLOC CONSTRUCTION Financial Update...

BIGBLOC CONSTRUCTION net profit fell 97.5% YoY to Rs 2 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 75 million a year ago. Net sales declined 12.3% to Rs 517 million during the period as against Rs 589 million in July-September 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, BIGBLOC CONSTRUCTION reported 1.8% increase in net profit to Rs 307 million compared to net profit of Rs 301 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 21.5% to Rs 2,432 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of BIGBLOC CONSTRUCTION, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 74.7.
