SAB INDUSTRIES share price has plunged 6% and is presently trading at Rs 170.1.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 7,630.7 (up 1.1%).

Among the top losers in the BSE REALTY index today are MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (down 3.5%) and SUNTECK REALTY (down 2.2%).

PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 4.1%) and Phoenix Mill (up 3.8%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, SAB INDUSTRIES has moved up from Rs 134.0 to Rs 170.1, registering a gain of Rs 36.1 (up 27.0%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 5,472.1 to 7,630.7, registering a gain of 39.4% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 84.8%), Sobha (up 77.9%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 60.9%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 77,200.3 (down 0.5%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are MUNDRA PORT & SEZ (down 13.5%) and NTPC (down 2.8%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and MUNDRA PORT & SEZ.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,349.4 (down 0.7%). Adani Enterprises and MUNDRA PORT & SEZ are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,655.2 to 77,200.3, registering a gain of 11,545.2 points (up 17.6%).

SAB INDUSTRIES Financial Update...

SAB INDUSTRIES net profit fell 99.0% YoY to Rs 0 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 6 million a year ago. Net sales declined 41.3% to Rs 88 million during the period as against Rs 150 million in July-September 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, SAB INDUSTRIES reported 90.3% decrease in net profit to Rs 8 million compared to net profit of Rs 87 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 100.0% to Rs 455 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of SAB INDUSTRIES, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 584.0.
