INOX GREEN ENERGY share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 142.4.

Meanwhile, the BSE OIL & GAS index is at 25,125.2 (down 1.9%).

Among the top losers in the BSE OIL & GAS index today are ADANI TOTAL GAS (down 15.9%) and Indraprastha Gas (down 2.7%).

Petronet LNG (up 1.5%) and GUJARAT GAS (up 0.1%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, INOX GREEN ENERGY has moved up from Rs 67.3 to Rs 142.4, registering a gain of Rs 75.1 (up 111.5%).

On the other hand, the BSE OIL & GAS index has moved up from 19,430.7 to 25,125.2, registering a gain of 29.3% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE OIL & GAS index stocks during this same period were HPCL (up 75.2%), Petronet LNG (up 63.1%) and GAIL (up 47.1%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 77,048.8 (down 0.7%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are MUNDRA PORT & SEZ (down 20.0%) and SBI (down 3.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,333.8 (down 0.8%). Adani Enterprises and MUNDRA PORT & SEZ are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,655.2 to 77,048.8, registering a gain of 11,393.6 points (up 17.4%).

INOX GREEN ENERGY Financial Update...

INOX GREEN ENERGY net profit grew 80.4% YoY to Rs 61 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 34 million a year ago. Net sales rose 16.4% to Rs 552 million during the period as against Rs 474 million in July-September 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, INOX GREEN ENERGY reported 164.1% increase in net profit to Rs 298 million compared to net loss of Rs 465 million during FY23. Revenue of the company fell 10.4% to Rs 2,243 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of INOX GREEN ENERGY, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 178.1.
