TIMEX GROUP share price has plunged 4% and is presently trading at Rs 202.2.

Meanwhile, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index is at 60,899.1 (up 1.0%).

Among the top losers in the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index today are Voltas (down 1.3%) and Blue Star (down 0.6%).

Titan (up 1.6%) and CROMPTON GREAVES CONSUMER ELEC. (up 1.5%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, TIMEX GROUP has moved up from Rs 182.4 to Rs 202.2, registering a gain of Rs 19.8 (up 10.8%).

On the other hand, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index has moved up from 45,280.8 to 60,899.1, registering a gain of 34.5% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index stocks during this same period were DIXON TECHNOLOGIES (up 181.3%), Voltas (up 102.9%) and AMBER ENTERPRISES INDIA (up 94.9%).

The BSE Sensex is at 77,578.4 (up 0.3%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are M&M (up 3.1%) and Tech Mahindra (up 1.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,518.5 (up 0.3%). M&M and Tech Mahindra are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,675.9 to 77,578.4, registering a gain of 11,902.5 points (up 18.1%).

TIMEX GROUP Financial Update...

TIMEX GROUP net profit grew 61.9% YoY to Rs 178 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 110 million a year ago. Net sales rose 37.8% to Rs 1,741 million during the period as against Rs 1,264 million in July-September 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, TIMEX GROUP reported 55.2% decrease in net profit to Rs 208 million compared to net profit of Rs 465 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 9.2% to Rs 4,189 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of TIMEX GROUP, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 79.0.
