PSP PROJECTS share price has zoomed 13% and is presently trading at Rs 715.8.

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 5,409.5 to 7,624.7, registering a gain of 41.0% during the last 12 months.
The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 85.5%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 81.3%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 57.7%).
The BSE Sensex is at 78,375.3 (up 1.3%).
The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are M&M (up 4.7%) and Tech Mahindra (up 3.5%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Kotak Bank.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,762.2 (up 1.3%). M&M and Trent are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,675.9 to 78,375.3, registering a gain of 12,699.4 points (up 19.3%).
PSP PROJECTS net profit fell 73.4% YoY to Rs 102 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 385 million a year ago. Net sales declined 5.4% to Rs 5,860 million during the period as against Rs 6,197 million in July-September 2023.
For the year ended March 2024, PSP PROJECTS reported 8.3% decrease in net profit to Rs 1,235 million compared to net profit of Rs 1,346 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 29.3% to Rs 25,058 million during FY24.
The current Price to earnings ratio of PSP PROJECTS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 30.8.
