Jindal Drill share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 793.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index is at 66,922.3 (up 1.3%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index today are GMR Infra (up 3.7%) and BHEL (up 3.4%).

Thermax (down 3.2%) and ADANI GREEN ENERGY (down 0.4%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, Jindal Drill has moved up from Rs 692.4 to Rs 793.0, registering a gain of Rs 100.6 (up 14.5%).

On the other hand, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index has moved up from 48,474.9 to 66,922.3, registering a gain of 38.1% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index stocks during this same period were Bharat Electronics (up 97.6%), HINDUSTAN AERO. (up 96.7%) and Siemens (up 90.9%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are M&M (up 3.2%) and MUNDRA PORT & SEZ (up 2.2%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and NTPC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,675.7 (up 1.0%). Trent and M&M are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,675.9 to 78,076.3, registering a gain of 12,400.3 points (up 18.9%).

Jindal Drill Financial Update...

Jindal Drill net profit fell 48.7% YoY to Rs 158 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 309 million a year ago. Net sales rose 21.4% to Rs 1,725 million during the period as against Rs 1,421 million in July-September 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, Jindal Drill reported 47.2% decrease in net profit to Rs 511 million compared to net profit of Rs 969 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 20.5% to Rs 6,170 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of Jindal Drill, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 22.6.
