AVALON TECHNOLOGIES share price has zoomed 15% and is presently trading at Rs 814.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index is at 61,305.1 (up 0.1%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index today are Blue Star (up 2.1%) and CROMPTON GREAVES CONSUMER ELEC. (up 0.9%).

RAJESH EXPORTS (down 1.9%) and WHIRLPOOL OF INDIA (down 1.2%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, AVALON TECHNOLOGIES has moved up from Rs 503.6 to Rs 814.0, registering a gain of Rs 310.5 (up 61.7%).

On the other hand, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index has moved up from 45,127.4 to 61,305.1, registering a gain of 35.8% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index stocks during this same period were DIXON TECHNOLOGIES (up 197.4%), Voltas (up 112.6%) and Blue Star (up 87.5%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Asian Paints (down 2.7%) and ICICI Bank (down 2.0%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,119.5 (down 0.3%). Asian Paints and Coal India are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 64,958.7 to 79,353.0, registering a gain of 14,394.3 points (up 22.2%).

AVALON TECHNOLOGIES Financial Update...

AVALON TECHNOLOGIES net profit grew 140.1% YoY to Rs 175 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 73 million a year ago. Net sales rose 36.8% to Rs 2,750 million during the period as against Rs 2,010 million in July-September 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, AVALON TECHNOLOGIES reported 46.7% decrease in net profit to Rs 280 million compared to net profit of Rs 525 million during FY23. Revenue of the company fell 8.2% to Rs 8,672 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of AVALON TECHNOLOGIES, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 186.8.
