ADANI GREEN ENERGY share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 1,716.6.

Meanwhile, the BSE POWER index is at 7,928.1 (up 2.3%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE POWER index today are ADANI ENERGY SOLUTIONS (up 6.5%) and BHEL (up 5.2%).

Over the last one year, ADANI GREEN ENERGY has moved up from Rs 925.6 to Rs 1,716.6, registering a gain of Rs 791.1 (up 85.5%).

On the other hand, the BSE POWER index has moved up from 4,516.5 to 7,928.1, registering a gain of 75.5% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE POWER index stocks during this same period were TORRENT POWER (up 138.6%), Siemens (up 109.2%) and BHEL (up 90.6%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 80,366.2 (up 1.1%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are TCS (up 4.1%) and Infosys (up 3.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ITC and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,481.9 (up 1.1%). Bharat Electronics and Adani Enterprises are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 64,958.7 to 80,366.2, registering a gain of 15,407.5 points (up 23.7%).

ADANI GREEN ENERGY Financial Update...

ADANI GREEN ENERGY net profit grew 41.5% YoY to Rs 4,160 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 2,940 million a year ago. Net sales rose 37.6% to Rs 30,550 million during the period as against Rs 22,200 million in July-September 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, ADANI GREEN ENERGY reported 29.5% increase in net profit to Rs 12,600 million compared to net profit of Rs 9,730 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 18.6% to Rs 92,200 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of ADANI GREEN ENERGY , based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 214.3.
