DB REALTY Gains 8%; BSE REALTY Index Up 2.7%

DB REALTY share price has zoomed 8% and is presently trading at Rs 175.9.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 7,900.8 (up 2.7%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 4.9%) and Sobha (up 4.7%).

Brigade Enterprises (down 1.0%) is among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, DB REALTY has moved down from Rs 181.3 to Rs 175.9, registering a loss of Rs 5.4 (down 3.0%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 5,165.4 to 7,900.8, registering a gain of 53.0% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 117.5%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 109.6%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 77.4%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 80,384.7 (up 1.1%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are TCS (up 4.2%) and HCl Tech. (up 4.0%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ITC and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,481.9 (up 1.1%). Bharat Electronics and Adani Enterprises are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 64,958.7 to 80,384.7, registering a gain of 15,426.0 points (up 23.7%).

DB REALTY Financial Update...

DB REALTY net profit grew 52.2% YoY to Rs -122 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 255 million a year ago. Net sales rose 3165.6% to Rs 795 million during the period as against Rs 24 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, DB REALTY reported 1563.4% increase in net profit to Rs 13,171 million compared to net loss of Rs 900 million during FY23. Revenue of the company fell 48.8% to Rs 3,575 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of DB REALTY, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 7.1.
