PARNAX LAB Gains 20%; BSE HEALTHCARE Index Up 1.1%

PARNAX LAB share price has zoomed 20% and is presently trading at Rs 180.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE HEALTHCARE index is at 44,403.7 (up 1.1%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE HEALTHCARE index today are GRANULES INDIA (up 4.6%) and NARAYANA HRUDAYALAYA (up 4.6%).

IPCA Labs (down 1.0%) and SUVEN PHARMACEUTICALS (down 0.7%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, PARNAX LAB has moved up from Rs 90.1 to Rs 180.0, registering a gain of Rs 89.9 (up 99.7%).

On the other hand, the BSE HEALTHCARE index has moved up from 28,089.2 to 44,403.7, registering a gain of 58.1% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE HEALTHCARE index stocks during this same period were Jubilant Pharmova (up 209.7%), Glenmark Pharma (up 134.2%) and SUVEN PHARMACEUTICALS (up 132.0%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 80,371.4 (up 1.1%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are TCS (up 4.1%) and Infosys (up 4.0%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ITC and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,490.0 (up 1.1%). Bharat Electronics and Adani Enterprises are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 64,958.7 to 80,371.4, registering a gain of 15,412.7 points (up 23.7%).

PARNAX LAB Financial Update...

PARNAX LAB net profit grew 19.8% YoY to Rs 40 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 33 million a year ago. Net sales rose 2.8% to Rs 501 million during the period as against Rs 487 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, PARNAX LAB reported 11.5% increase in net profit to Rs 96 million compared to net profit of Rs 86 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 12.6% to Rs 1,887 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of PARNAX LAB, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 20.1.
