INDIABULLS REAL EST share price has zoomed 7% and is presently trading at Rs 116.3.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 7,911.0 (up 2.8%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 5.6%) and Sobha (up 5.4%).

Over the last one year, INDIABULLS REAL EST has moved up from Rs 77.0 to Rs 116.3, registering a gain of Rs 39.2 (up 50.9%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 5,165.4 to 7,911.0, registering a gain of 53.2% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 118.9%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 110.9%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 82.4%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 80,184.2 (up 0.9%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are TCS (up 3.8%) and HCl Tech. (up 3.7%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ITC and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,427.4 (up 0.9%). Bharat Electronics and Adani Enterprises are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 64,958.7 to 80,184.2, registering a gain of 15,225.6 points (up 23.4%).

INDIABULLS REAL EST Financial Update...

INDIABULLS REAL EST net profit grew 233.1% YoY to Rs 243 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 182 million a year ago. Net sales rose 155.3% to Rs 2,460 million during the period as against Rs 964 million in July-September 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, INDIABULLS REAL EST reported 70.9% decrease in net profit to Rs -10,384 million compared to net loss of Rs 6,076 million during FY23. Revenue of the company fell 29.5% to Rs 4,138 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of INDIABULLS REAL EST, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -21.5.
