AGI INFRA Gains 5%; BSE REALTY Index Down 0.8%

AGI INFRA share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 1,295.1.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 7,580.2 (down 0.8%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are Brigade Enterprises (up 0.8%) and PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 0.6%).

DLF (down 1.8%) and Godrej Properties (down 1.0%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, AGI INFRA has moved up from Rs 592.8 to Rs 1,295.1, registering a gain of Rs 702.3 (up 118.5%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,849.5 to 7,580.2, registering a gain of 56.3% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 121.9%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 114.5%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 91.8%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 78,601.8 (down 0.2%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are MUNDRA PORT & SEZ (down 2.3%) and ITC (down 1.0%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 23,938.7 (down 0.2%). Coal India and MUNDRA PORT & SEZ are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 63,591.3 to 78,601.8, registering a gain of 15,010.5 points (up 23.6%).

AGI INFRA Financial Update...

AGI INFRA net profit grew 8.0% YoY to Rs 144 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 133 million a year ago. Net sales rose 5.5% to Rs 726 million during the period as against Rs 688 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, AGI INFRA reported 8.3% increase in net profit to Rs 521 million compared to net profit of Rs 481 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 21.2% to Rs 2,923 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of AGI INFRA, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 29.8.
