GODREJ AGROVET share price has plunged 3% and is presently trading at Rs 723.4.

Meanwhile, the BSE FMCG index is at 21,642.7 (up 0.3%).

Among the top losers in the BSE FMCG index today are Ruchi Soya Industries (down 1.0%) and Godfrey Phillips (down 0.4%).

Marico (up 8.5%) and P&G Hygiene (up 3.2%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, GODREJ AGROVET has moved up from Rs 467.0 to Rs 723.4, registering a gain of Rs 256.5 (up 54.9%).

On the other hand, the BSE FMCG index has moved up from 18,495.5 to 21,642.7, registering a gain of 17.0% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE FMCG index stocks during this same period were Godfrey Phillips (up 182.2%), BOM.BURMAH (up 93.0%) and RADICO KHAITAN (up 79.7%).

The BSE Sensex is at 80,051.3 (down 0.4%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Sun Pharma (down 1.5%) and M&M (down 1.5%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Motors and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,365.2 (down 0.4%). Cipla and Dr. Reddys are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 64,112.7 to 80,051.3, registering a gain of 15,938.7 points (up 24.9%).

GODREJ AGROVET Financial Update...

GODREJ AGROVET net profit fell 11.9% YoY to Rs 837 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 950 million a year ago. Net sales declined 4.8% to Rs 24,488 million during the period as against Rs 25,709 million in July-September 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, GODREJ AGROVET reported 21.7% increase in net profit to Rs 3,595 million compared to net profit of Rs 2,954 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 2.0% to Rs 95,606 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of GODREJ AGROVET , based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 42.7.
