KIRLOSKAR ELECTRIC share price has zoomed 7% and is presently trading at Rs 187.2.

Meanwhile, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index is at 61,316.1 (down 0.1%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index today are DIXON TECHNOLOGIES (up 2.6%) and VAIBHAV GEMS (up 1.2%).

WHIRLPOOL OF INDIA (down 2.1%) and CROMPTON GREAVES CONSUMER ELEC. (down 0.9%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, KIRLOSKAR ELECTRIC has moved up from Rs 112.0 to Rs 187.2, registering a gain of Rs 75.3 (up 67.2%).

On the other hand, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index has moved up from 44,503.1 to 61,316.1, registering a gain of 37.8% during the last 12 months.

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 79,897.7 (down 0.1%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Tata Motors (down 3.7%) and Maruti Suzuki (down 2.0%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Motors and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,287.7 (down 0.2%). Tata Motors and IOC are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 64,049.1 to 79,897.7, registering a gain of 15,848.6 points (up 24.7%).

KIRLOSKAR ELECTRIC Financial Update...

KIRLOSKAR ELECTRIC net profit grew 5.5% YoY to Rs 19 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 18 million a year ago. Net sales rose 13.5% to Rs 1,335 million during the period as against Rs 1,176 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, KIRLOSKAR ELECTRIC reported 54.7% decrease in net profit to Rs 141 million compared to net profit of Rs 311 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 17.7% to Rs 5,574 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of KIRLOSKAR ELECTRIC, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 87.7.
