COMMERCIAL ENGINEERS share price has zoomed 4% and is presently trading at Rs 488.3.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 7,795.3 .

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are SUNTECK REALTY (up 2.3%) and Godrej Properties (up 2.1%).

DLF (down 1.3%) and Phoenix Mill (down 1.0%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, COMMERCIAL ENGINEERS has moved up from Rs 295.2 to Rs 488.3, registering a gain of Rs 193.1 (up 65.4%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,641.3 to 7,795.3, registering a gain of 68.0% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 136.5%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 129.5%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 101.3%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are M&M (down 3.0%) and Sun Pharma (down 2.8%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and SBI.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,436.0 (down 0.2%). M&M and Sun Pharma are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 64,571.9 to 80,082.0, registering a gain of 15,510.1 points (up 24.0%).

COMMERCIAL ENGINEERS Financial Update...

COMMERCIAL ENGINEERS net profit grew 45.4% YoY to Rs 917 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 631 million a year ago. Net sales rose 16.8% to Rs 8,799 million during the period as against Rs 7,532 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, COMMERCIAL ENGINEERS reported 174.3% increase in net profit to Rs 3,310 million compared to net profit of Rs 1,207 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 76.2% to Rs 36,437 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of COMMERCIAL ENGINEERS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 57.2.
