UDAYSHIVAKUMAR INFRA share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 50.2.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 7,795.3 .

Among the top losers in the BSE REALTY index today are DLF (down 1.3%) and Phoenix Mill (down 1.0%).

SUNTECK REALTY (up 2.3%) and Godrej Properties (up 2.1%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, UDAYSHIVAKUMAR INFRA has moved up from Rs 35.6 to Rs 50.2, registering a gain of Rs 14.6 (up 40.9%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,641.3 to 7,795.3, registering a gain of 68.0% during the last 12 months.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,436.0 (down 0.2%). M&M and Sun Pharma are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 64,571.9 to 80,082.0, registering a gain of 15,510.1 points (up 24.0%).

UDAYSHIVAKUMAR INFRA Financial Update...

UDAYSHIVAKUMAR INFRA net profit fell 64.5% YoY to Rs 18 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 52 million a year ago. Net sales declined 52.5% to Rs 554 million during the period as against Rs 1,166 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, UDAYSHIVAKUMAR INFRA reported 29.7% increase in net profit to Rs 160 million compared to net profit of Rs 124 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 54.6% to Rs 2,869 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of UDAYSHIVAKUMAR INFRA, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 10.4.
