JYOTI. share price has zoomed 8% and is presently trading at Rs 157.9.

Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index is at 71,604.1 (down 0.3%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index today are Lakshmi Machine (up 0.3%) and L&T (up 0.2%).

GMR Infra (down 2.5%) and V GUARD IND. (down 2.4%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, JYOTI. has moved up from Rs 58.4 to Rs 157.9, registering a gain of Rs 99.5 (up 170.3%).

On the other hand, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index has moved up from 48,057.9 to 71,604.1, registering a gain of 49.0% during the last 12 months.

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Kotak Bank (down 4.3%) and Indusind Bank (down 2.2%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are HDFC Bank and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,772.3 (down 0.3%). Tata Consumer Products and Kotak Bank are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

JYOTI. Financial Update...

JYOTI. net profit grew 374.4% YoY to Rs 20 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 4 million a year ago. Net sales rose 40.5% to Rs 433 million during the period as against Rs 308 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, JYOTI. reported 82.5% increase in net profit to Rs 84 million compared to net profit of Rs 46 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 13.5% to Rs 1,754 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of JYOTI., based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 36.8.
