Peninsula Land share price has zoomed 8% and is presently trading at Rs 53.0.

Over the last one year, Peninsula Land has moved up from Rs 36.9 to Rs 53.0, registering a gain of Rs 16.1 (up 43.6%).
On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,870.1 to 8,308.1, registering a gain of 70.6% during the last 12 months.
The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 149.1%), Sobha (up 136.1%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 116.3%).

The BSE Sensex is at 81,205.7 (down 0.4%).
The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are M&M (down 2.5%) and Maruti Suzuki (down 1.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and SBI.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,821.7 (down 0.6%). Bajaj Auto and Hero Motocorp are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,166.9 to 81,205.7, registering a gain of 15,038.7 points (up 22.7%).
Peninsula Land net profit fell 102.9% YoY to Rs -18 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 617 million a year ago. Net sales declined 82.0% to Rs 335 million during the period as against Rs 1,865 million in April-June 2023.
For the year ended March 2024, Peninsula Land reported 33.2% increase in net profit to Rs 1,283 million compared to net profit of Rs 963 million during FY23. Revenue of the company fell 42.8% to Rs 5,720 million during FY24.
The current Price to earnings ratio of Peninsula Land, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 26.6.
