KEI INDUSTRIES share price has plunged 4% and is presently trading at Rs 4,188.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE POWER index is at 8,385.9 (down 0.2%).

Among the top losers in the BSE POWER index today are BHEL (down 1.5%) and INDIAN ENERGY EXCHANGE (down 1.2%).

ADANI GREEN ENERGY (up 0.2%) and Power Grid Corp. (up 0.1%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, KEI INDUSTRIES has moved up from Rs 2,673.3 to Rs 4,188.0, registering a gain of Rs 1,514.7 (up 56.7%).

On the other hand, the BSE POWER index has moved up from 4,542.5 to 8,385.9, registering a gain of 84.6% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE POWER index stocks during this same period were TORRENT POWER (up 165.4%), Siemens (up 119.4%) and ABB (up 103.2%).

The BSE Sensex is at 81,525.1 .

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Infosys (up 1.2%) and L&T (up 1.1%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and SBI.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,940.2 (down 0.1%). Bajaj Auto and Hero Motocorp are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,166.9 to 81,525.1, registering a gain of 15,358.2 points (up 23.2%).

KEI INDUSTRIES Financial Update...

KEI INDUSTRIES net profit grew 10.4% YoY to Rs 1,548 million for the quarter ended September 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 1,402 million a year ago. Net sales rose 17.2% to Rs 22,796 million during the period as against Rs 19,449 million in July-September 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, KEI INDUSTRIES reported 21.7% increase in net profit to Rs 5,808 million compared to net profit of Rs 4,773 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 17.3% to Rs 81,041 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of KEI INDUSTRIES, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 60.6.
