KOLTE PATIL share price has zoomed 9% and is presently trading at Rs 428.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,408.6 (down 0.8%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are OBEROI REALTY (up 0.5%) and DLF .

PRESTIGE ESTATES (down 2.3%) and Phoenix Mill (down 1.4%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, KOLTE PATIL has moved down from Rs 498.8 to Rs 428.0, registering a loss of Rs 70.8 (down 14.2%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,870.1 to 8,408.6, registering a gain of 72.7% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 152.3%), Sobha (up 139.0%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 116.0%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 81,525.1 .

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Infosys (up 1.2%) and L&T (up 1.1%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and SBI.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,956.8 (down 0.1%). Bajaj Auto and Hero Motocorp are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,166.9 to 81,525.1, registering a gain of 15,358.2 points (up 23.2%).

KOLTE PATIL Financial Update...

KOLTE PATIL net profit fell 91.8% YoY to Rs 40 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 489 million a year ago. Net sales declined 40.3% to Rs 3,408 million during the period as against Rs 5,712 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, KOLTE PATIL reported 159.5% decrease in net profit to Rs -675 million compared to net profit of Rs 1,135 million during FY23. Revenue of the company fell 7.9% to Rs 13,715 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of KOLTE PATIL, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -31.7.
