MANAKSIA STEELS share price has zoomed 8% and is presently trading at Rs 73.2.

Meanwhile, the BSE METAL index is at 33,637.8 .

Among the top gainers in the BSE METAL index today are Hindustan Zinc (up 2.2%) and NMDC (up 1.4%).

Jindal Steel (down 1.6%) and Tata Steel (down 1.2%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, MANAKSIA STEELS has moved up from Rs 44.9 to Rs 73.2, registering a gain of Rs 28.3 (up 63.0%).

On the other hand, the BSE METAL index has moved up from 22,958.6 to 33,637.8, registering a gain of 46.5% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE METAL index stocks during this same period were Vedanta (up 124.2%), Coal India (up 64.8%) and Hindustan Zinc (up 62.4%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Tech Mahindra (up 2.7%) and L&T (up 2.4%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,117.8 (up 0.6%). Wipro and Tech Mahindra are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,079.4 to 81,972.5, registering a gain of 15,893.2 points (up 24.1%).

MANAKSIA STEELS Financial Update...

MANAKSIA STEELS net profit fell 83.9% YoY to Rs 16 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 101 million a year ago. Net sales declined 24.3% to Rs 1,652 million during the period as against Rs 2,182 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, MANAKSIA STEELS reported 132.9% increase in net profit to Rs 284 million compared to net profit of Rs 122 million during FY23. Revenue of the company fell 8.3% to Rs 6,811 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of MANAKSIA STEELS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 24.1.
