TARSONS PRODUCTS share price has plunged 4% and is presently trading at Rs 418.1.

Meanwhile, the BSE HEALTHCARE index is at 44,476.9 (up 0.1%).

Among the top losers in the BSE HEALTHCARE index today are ALEMBIC PHARMA (down 3.3%) and DR. LAL PATHLABS (down 2.4%).

POLY MEDICURE (up 5.6%) and HIKAL CHEMIC (up 2.4%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, TARSONS PRODUCTS has moved down from Rs 516.8 to Rs 418.1, registering a loss of Rs 98.7 (down 19.1%).

On the other hand, the BSE HEALTHCARE index has moved up from 28,004.5 to 44,476.9, registering a gain of 58.8% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE HEALTHCARE index stocks during this same period were Jubilant Pharmova (up 173.4%), Glenmark Pharma (up 128.8%) and SUVEN PHARMACEUTICALS (up 112.0%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 81,881.5 (up 0.6%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are L&T (up 1.9%) and HDFC Bank (up 1.7%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,100.2 (up 0.5%). Wipro and L&T are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,079.4 to 81,881.5, registering a gain of 15,802.1 points (up 23.9%).

TARSONS PRODUCTS Financial Update...

TARSONS PRODUCTS net profit fell 58.1% YoY to Rs 40 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 96 million a year ago. Net sales rose 35.5% to Rs 848 million during the period as against Rs 626 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, TARSONS PRODUCTS reported 47.2% decrease in net profit to Rs 426 million compared to net profit of Rs 807 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 4.6% to Rs 2,964 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of TARSONS PRODUCTS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 60.0.
