JYOTI. share price has zoomed 10% and is presently trading at Rs 140.6.

Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index is at 72,064.1 (up 0.7%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index today are L&T (up 1.9%) and Graphite India (up 1.8%).

AIA Engineering (down 1.8%) and Thermax (down 1.1%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, JYOTI. has moved up from Rs 58.5 to Rs 140.6, registering a gain of Rs 82.1 (up 140.4%).

On the other hand, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index has moved up from 47,809.8 to 72,064.1, registering a gain of 50.7% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index stocks during this same period were HINDUSTAN AERO. (up 130.3%), Siemens (up 115.0%) and BHEL (up 106.9%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are L&T (up 1.9%) and HDFC Bank (up 1.8%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,131.6 (up 0.7%). Shriram Transport and Wipro are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,079.4 to 81,878.4, registering a gain of 15,799.0 points (up 23.9%).

JYOTI. Financial Update...

JYOTI. net profit grew 374.4% YoY to Rs 20 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 4 million a year ago. Net sales rose 40.5% to Rs 433 million during the period as against Rs 308 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, JYOTI. reported 206.1% increase in net profit to Rs 46 million compared to net profit of Rs 15 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 28.5% to Rs 1,545 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of JYOTI., based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 32.7.
