SUZLON ENERGY share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 77.7.

Meanwhile, the BSE OIL & GAS index is at 30,196.0 (up 0.1%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE OIL & GAS index today are HPCL (up 4.1%) and BPCL (up 1.4%).

ONGC (down 2.1%) and Petronet LNG (down 1.1%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, SUZLON ENERGY has moved up from Rs 27.7 to Rs 77.7, registering a gain of Rs 50.0 (up 180.5%).

On the other hand, the BSE OIL & GAS index has moved up from 18,450.6 to 30,196.0, registering a gain of 63.7% during the last 12 months.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,050.8 (up 0.2%). Shriram Transport and Tata Motors are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,512.4 to 81,722.2, registering a gain of 16,209.9 points (up 24.7%).

SUZLON ENERGY Financial Update...

SUZLON ENERGY net profit grew 199.6% YoY to Rs 3,023 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 1,009 million a year ago. Net sales rose 49.6% to Rs 20,216 million during the period as against Rs 13,510 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, SUZLON ENERGY reported 77.1% decrease in net profit to Rs 6,604 million compared to net profit of Rs 28,873 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 9.4% to Rs 65,291 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of SUZLON ENERGY, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 123.0.
