KDDL. share price has zoomed 4% and is presently trading at Rs 3,037.5.

Meanwhile, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index is at 67,553.7 (down 0.8%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index today is WHIRLPOOL OF INDIA (up 0.9%).

CROMPTON GREAVES CONSUMER ELEC. (down 4.3%) and ORIENT ELECTRIC (down 0.9%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, KDDL. has moved up from Rs 1,986.5 to Rs 3,037.5, registering a gain of Rs 1,051.0 (up 52.9%).

On the other hand, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index has moved up from 46,147.0 to 67,553.7, registering a gain of 46.4% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index stocks during this same period were DIXON TECHNOLOGIES (up 189.2%), Blue Star (up 123.9%) and Voltas (up 116.7%).

The BSE Sensex is at 85,336.2 (up 0.2%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Maruti Suzuki (up 2.5%) and Tata Motors (up 1.2%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and NTPC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 26,039.4 (up 0.1%). Maruti Suzuki and Tata Motors are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,023.7 to 85,336.2, registering a gain of 19,312.5 points (up 29.3%).

KDDL. Financial Update...

KDDL. net profit fell 14.7% YoY to Rs 279 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 327 million a year ago. Net sales rose 8.6% to Rs 3,599 million during the period as against Rs 3,315 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, KDDL. reported 106.9% increase in net profit to Rs 770 million compared to net profit of Rs 372 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 37.1% to Rs 11,194 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of KDDL., based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 28.9.
