VIP INDUSTRIES share price has zoomed 7% and is presently trading at Rs 531.8.

Meanwhile, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index is at 68,373.8 (up 0.8%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index today are AMBER ENTERPRISES INDIA (up 2.4%) and DIXON TECHNOLOGIES (up 1.3%).

Voltas (down 1.1%) and Blue Star (down 0.4%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, VIP INDUSTRIES has moved down from Rs 664.6 to Rs 531.8, registering a loss of Rs 132.8 (down 20.0%).

On the other hand, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index has moved up from 46,534.8 to 68,373.8, registering a gain of 46.9% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index stocks during this same period were DIXON TECHNOLOGIES (up 190.5%), Voltas (up 118.9%) and Blue Star (up 112.2%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 84,743.4 (up 0.2%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are SBI (up 1.7%) and M&M (up 1.5%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and NTPC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,891.9 (up 0.4%). ONGC and BPCL are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,800.8 to 84,743.4, registering a gain of 17,942.6 points (up 26.9%).

VIP INDUSTRIES Financial Update...

VIP INDUSTRIES net profit fell 93.0% YoY to Rs 40 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 578 million a year ago. Net sales rose 0.4% to Rs 6,389 million during the period as against Rs 6,361 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, VIP INDUSTRIES reported 64.4% decrease in net profit to Rs 543 million compared to net profit of Rs 1,523 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 7.8% to Rs 22,450 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of VIP INDUSTRIES, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 12813.3.
