Rel.Indus.Infras Gains 13%; BSE REALTY Index Up 0.9%

Rel.Indus.Infras share price has zoomed 13% and is presently trading at Rs 1,314.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,693.9 (up 0.9%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are Godrej Properties (up 2.8%) and Sobha (up 2.0%).

Phoenix Mill (down 2.4%) and INDIABULLS REAL EST (down 0.9%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, Rel.Indus.Infras has moved up from Rs 954.5 to Rs 1,314.0, registering a gain of Rs 359.5 (up 37.7%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,578.0 to 8,693.9, registering a gain of 89.9% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 212.5%), Sobha (up 211.4%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 130.3%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 84,743.4 (up 0.2%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are SBI (up 1.6%) and M&M (up 1.5%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and NTPC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,891.9 (up 0.4%). ONGC and BPCL are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 66,800.8 to 84,743.4, registering a gain of 17,942.6 points (up 26.9%).

Rel.Indus.Infras Financial Update...

Rel.Indus.Infras net profit grew 12.3% YoY to Rs 24 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 21 million a year ago. Net sales declined 13.1% to Rs 124 million during the period as against Rs 143 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, Rel.Indus.Infras reported 24.2% decrease in net profit to Rs 133 million compared to net profit of Rs 176 million during FY23. Revenue of the company fell 15.0% to Rs 477 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of Rel.Indus.Infras, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 189.4.
