KERNEX MICROSYS share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 957.7.

Meanwhile, the BSE IT index is at 42,705.6 (up 0.6%).

Among the top losers in the BSE IT index today are Firstsource Solutions (down 1.7%) and Mastek (down 1.1%).

Tata Elxsi (up 13.1%) and TANLA SOLUTIONS (up 3.5%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, KERNEX MICROSYS has moved up from Rs 411.7 to Rs 957.7, registering a gain of Rs 546.1 (up 132.6%).

On the other hand, the BSE IT index has moved up from 31,231.8 to 42,705.6, registering a gain of 36.7% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE IT index stocks during this same period were Oracle Financial Services (up 175.8%), INFIBEAM AVENUES (up 118.1%) and PERSISTENT SYSTEMS (up 98.3%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 81,841.8 (up 0.2%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Maruti Suzuki (up 2.1%) and L&T (up 1.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ICICI Bank and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,040.5 (up 0.1%). Shriram Transport and SBI LIFE INSURANCE are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,433.3 to 81,841.8, registering a gain of 16,408.5 points (up 25.1%).

KERNEX MICROSYS Financial Update...

KERNEX MICROSYS net profit grew 480.0% YoY to Rs 36 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 9 million a year ago. Net sales rose 2877.9% to Rs 287 million during the period as against Rs 10 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, KERNEX MICROSYS reported 16.3% decrease in net profit to Rs -200 million compared to net loss of Rs 172 million during FY22. Revenue of the company fell 39.3% to Rs 40 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of KERNEX MICROSYS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -72.3.
