AVALON TECHNOLOGIES share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 532.6.

Meanwhile, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index is at 63,499.7 (down 0.8%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index today are Blue Star (up 2.1%) and AMBER ENTERPRISES INDIA (up 1.5%).

ORIENT ELECTRIC (down 2.1%) and Titan (down 1.9%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, AVALON TECHNOLOGIES has moved up from Rs 487.5 to Rs 532.6, registering a gain of Rs 45.1 (up 9.3%).

On the other hand, the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index has moved up from 44,089.7 to 63,499.7, registering a gain of 44.0% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CONSUMER DURABLES index stocks during this same period were DIXON TECHNOLOGIES (up 165.3%), Blue Star (up 133.8%) and Voltas (up 107.4%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 81,804.8 (up 0.1%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Maruti Suzuki (up 2.2%) and L&T (up 2.1%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ICICI Bank and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,043.3 (up 0.1%). Shriram Transport and SBI LIFE INSURANCE are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,433.3 to 81,804.8, registering a gain of 16,371.5 points (up 25.0%).

AVALON TECHNOLOGIES Financial Update...

AVALON TECHNOLOGIES net profit fell 132.6% YoY to Rs -23 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 71 million a year ago. Net sales declined 15.2% to Rs 1,995 million during the period as against Rs 2,351 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, AVALON TECHNOLOGIES reported 22.2% decrease in net profit to Rs 525 million compared to net profit of Rs 675 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 12.4% to Rs 9,447 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of AVALON TECHNOLOGIES, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 188.4.
