KOLTE PATIL share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 453.8.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,110.8 (up 0.3%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are INDIABULLS REAL EST (up 5.4%) and Brigade Enterprises (up 1.6%).

PRESTIGE ESTATES (down 2.2%) and MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (down 1.6%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, KOLTE PATIL has moved down from Rs 455.0 to Rs 453.8, registering a loss of Rs 1.3 (down 0.3%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,313.6 to 8,110.8, registering a gain of 88.0% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Sobha (up 203.2%), PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 202.0%) and INDIABULLS REAL EST (up 132.5%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 81,809.9 (up 0.1%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Maruti Suzuki (up 2.2%) and L&T (up 2.1%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ICICI Bank and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,043.3 (up 0.1%). Shriram Transport and SBI LIFE INSURANCE are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,433.3 to 81,809.9, registering a gain of 16,376.6 points (up 25.0%).

KOLTE PATIL Financial Update...

KOLTE PATIL net profit fell 91.8% YoY to Rs 40 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 489 million a year ago. Net sales declined 40.3% to Rs 3,408 million during the period as against Rs 5,712 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, KOLTE PATIL reported 159.5% decrease in net profit to Rs -675 million compared to net profit of Rs 1,135 million during FY23. Revenue of the company fell 7.9% to Rs 13,715 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of KOLTE PATIL, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -33.6.
