DIL LIMITED share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 301.1.

Meanwhile, the BSE HEALTHCARE index is at 42,159.2 (up 0.2%).

Among the top losers in the BSE HEALTHCARE index today are ERIS LIFESCIENCES (down 2.1%) and Cadila Healthcare (down 2.0%).

FORTIS HEALTHCARE (up 4.0%) and POLY MEDICURE (up 1.5%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, DIL LIMITED has moved up from Rs 149.7 to Rs 301.1, registering a gain of Rs 151.4 (up 101.2%).

On the other hand, the BSE HEALTHCARE index has moved up from 28,021.8 to 42,159.2, registering a gain of 50.5% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE HEALTHCARE index stocks during this same period were GRANULES INDIA (up 129.0%), Glenmark Pharma (up 117.2%) and GSK Pharma (up 110.5%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Tata Motors (up 1.7%) and Sun Pharma (up 0.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and Tata Motors.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,847.2 (up 0.1%). Bajaj Auto and Tata Motors are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,216.1 to 81,120.0, registering a gain of 15,903.9 points (up 24.4%).

DIL LIMITED Financial Update...

DIL LIMITED net profit fell 368.2% YoY to Rs -59 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 22 million a year ago. Net sales declined 5.2% to Rs 781 million during the period as against Rs 824 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, DIL LIMITED reported 54.8% increase in net profit to Rs -240 million compared to net loss of Rs 531 million during FY23. Revenue of the company fell 4.1% to Rs 3,357 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of DIL LIMITED, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -27.6.
