AURUM PROPTECH Plunges 5%; BSE IT Index Up 0.3%

AURUM PROPTECH share price has plunged 5% and is presently trading at Rs 231.8.

Meanwhile, the BSE IT index is at 42,392.5 (up 0.3%).

Among the top losers in the BSE IT index today are CYIENT (down 2.9%) and Eclerx Services (down 1.3%).

Mphasis (up 2.6%) and Sonata Software (up 2.0%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, AURUM PROPTECH has moved up from Rs 133.0 to Rs 231.8, registering a gain of Rs 98.8 (up 74.3%).

On the other hand, the BSE IT index has moved up from 31,180.8 to 42,392.5, registering a gain of 36.0% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE IT index stocks during this same period were Oracle Financial Services (up 181.4%), INFIBEAM AVENUES (up 125.8%) and Firstsource Solutions (up 107.6%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 81,029.1 (up 0.2%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Bharti Airtel (up 1.4%) and Asian Paints (up 1.2%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Bharti Airtel and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,818.6 (up 0.2%). Grasim Industries and Tata Consumer Products are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,216.1 to 81,029.1, registering a gain of 15,813.0 points (up 24.2%).

AURUM PROPTECH Financial Update...

AURUM PROPTECH net profit grew 33.6% YoY to Rs -107 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 161 million a year ago. Net sales rose 46.9% to Rs 649 million during the period as against Rs 442 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, AURUM PROPTECH reported 203.7% decrease in net profit to Rs -403 million compared to net loss of Rs 133 million during FY22. Revenue of the company grew 703.5% to Rs 1,269 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of AURUM PROPTECH, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at -27.6.
