COMMERCIAL ENGINEERS Gains 5%; BSE REALTY Index Down 1.3%

COMMERCIAL ENGINEERS share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 568.0.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 8,112.0 (down 1.3%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today is SUNTECK REALTY (up 2.1%).

Phoenix Mill (down 2.1%) and Godrej Properties (down 1.7%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, COMMERCIAL ENGINEERS has moved up from Rs 287.6 to Rs 568.0, registering a gain of Rs 280.5 (up 97.5%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved up from 4,287.0 to 8,112.0, registering a gain of 89.2% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 212.8%), Sobha (up 198.9%) and INDIABULLS REAL EST (up 105.8%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 80,905.3 (up 0.1%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Titan (up 2.5%) and Asian Paints (up 1.5%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and ITC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,781.9 (up 0.3%). Divis Laboratories and Titan are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,216.1 to 80,905.3, registering a gain of 15,689.2 points (up 24.1%).

COMMERCIAL ENGINEERS Financial Update...

COMMERCIAL ENGINEERS net profit grew 45.4% YoY to Rs 917 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a profit of Rs 631 million a year ago. Net sales rose 16.8% to Rs 8,799 million during the period as against Rs 7,532 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2024, COMMERCIAL ENGINEERS reported 174.3% increase in net profit to Rs 3,310 million compared to net profit of Rs 1,207 million during FY23. Revenue of the company grew 76.2% to Rs 36,437 million during FY24.

The current Price to earnings ratio of COMMERCIAL ENGINEERS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 66.5.
