INDIABULLS POWER share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 16.3.

Meanwhile, the BSE POWER index is at 8,329.1 (down 0.2%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE POWER index today are Thermax (up 2.7%) and NTPC (up 0.6%).

TORRENT POWER (down 4.2%) and ADANI ENERGY SOLUTIONS (down 1.7%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, INDIABULLS POWER has moved up from Rs 4.7 to Rs 16.3, registering a gain of Rs 11.6 (up 244.4%).

On the other hand, the BSE POWER index has moved up from 4,355.4 to 8,329.1, registering a gain of 91.2% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE POWER index stocks during this same period were BHEL (up 194.0%), TORRENT POWER (up 170.8%) and ADANI POWER (up 114.0%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 80,728.6 (down 0.1%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Ultratech Cement (down 1.6%) and Tata Steel (down 1.1%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and ITC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,724.2 (up 0.1%). Divis Laboratories and Titan are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,216.1 to 80,728.6, registering a gain of 15,512.5 points (up 23.8%).

INDIABULLS POWER Financial Update...

INDIABULLS POWER net profit grew 116.9% YoY to Rs 930 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 5,494 million a year ago. Net sales rose 10.0% to Rs 9,318 million during the period as against Rs 8,473 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, INDIABULLS POWER reported 5.6% increase in net profit to Rs -18,699 million compared to net loss of Rs 19,814 million during FY22. Revenue of the company fell 0.9% to Rs 32,312 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of INDIABULLS POWER, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 0.9.
