ASIAN OILFIELD share price has zoomed 9% and is presently trading at Rs 341.6.

Meanwhile, the BSE OIL & GAS index is at 32,568.9 (up 0.3%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE OIL & GAS index today are GUJARAT GAS (up 1.1%) and HPCL (up 1.0%).

ONGC (down 0.3%) is among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, ASIAN OILFIELD has moved up from Rs 146.8 to Rs 341.6, registering a gain of Rs 194.8 (up 132.7%).

On the other hand, the BSE OIL & GAS index has moved up from 18,865.5 to 32,568.9, registering a gain of 72.6% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE OIL & GAS index stocks during this same period were HPCL (up 130.6%), GAIL (up 108.0%) and BPCL (up 99.9%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are Ultratech Cement (down 1.4%) and Tata Steel (down 0.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Tata Steel and ITC.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,692.1 . ICICI Bank and Ultratech Cement are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 65,216.1 to 80,707.5, registering a gain of 15,491.4 points (up 23.8%).

ASIAN OILFIELD Financial Update...

ASIAN OILFIELD net profit grew 138.0% YoY to Rs 13 million for the quarter ended June 2024, compared to a loss of Rs 34 million a year ago. Net sales rose 30.8% to Rs 602 million during the period as against Rs 460 million in April-June 2023.

For the year ended March 2023, ASIAN OILFIELD reported 214.5% decrease in net profit to Rs -444 million compared to net profit of Rs 388 million during FY22. Revenue of the company fell 57.8% to Rs 1,100 million during FY23.

The current Price to earnings ratio of ASIAN OILFIELD, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 47.2.
